Preliminary Objectives:
The objective was to create custom planter systems to help shape the breezeway between the market and residential area, as well as the community garden space.
The development at Fort Worth Public Market + The Harden brings together history, Spanish Colonial Revival-style design, housing, dining, and community in one destination. The development is designed to offer residents vibrant accommodations, with plans for an upscale restaurant led by acclaimed chef Jenna Kinard who has visions of reviving this location to its former glory.
The planters now complement the property’s historic character and its contemporary residential design. They also provide the perfect backdrop for the revitalized market that fosters new growth in the community and brings people together with fresh local goods, a chic cocktail lounge, and an upscale Southern cuisine restaurant.
