Kingsley Town Center - Fort Mill, SC

The company did an amazing job creating the Kingsley Town Center. 

Sitting on 626 acres, Kingsley Town Center will be home to two large corporate headquarters, two hotels, multi-family housing over retail space, a large lake, an amphitheater, and approximately 150K square feet of small shops and restaurants.

PureModern was thrilled to work with Clear Springs Development Company to create custom planters in various colors throughout the development. The planters were customized — with and without drain holes — to create visual interest outside stores and restaurants as well as to provide functionality along walkways and streets.

The sleek look of the modern planters contrasts beautifully with the brick exterior of several buildings and perfectly complements the contemporary exterior of other buildings. In several locations throughout the property, Clear Springs decided to pair round pewter-colored planters with tall tapered planters — sometimes in the same color and sometimes in black — for an extra pop of aesthetic interest. The result is stunning.

Clear Springs ordered a total of 53 planters for this project. The order included customer metal planters as well as medium, large, and extra-large fiberglass planters.
