PureModern's mission to make space inspiring, unique, and downright fabulous shows in the work we do with select clients. While our focus has always been to bring modern products and objects to our customers, we've been asked many times for assistance in space design. Because we enjoy working with special projects, we're now offering limited services to assist in anything from space planning, color selections, and full project specification.
The Service:
On a case by case basis, on request, we'll size up your space and make recommendations on color, style, lighting and more! From managing your project to simply specifying product and color, we'll make ourselves available to help.
The Style:
Clearly our style is contemporary and modern. When we assist a client, our focus is to make a space reflect our idea of style. Understanding functionality and infusing it with high style and design is our ultimate goal in a project. While not everyone likes the same look & feel, we hope that the clients we work with have the same vision and want to work with us to create a timeless, amazing space.
What We Have Done:
We've been fortunate to have worked on projects of all types from large commercial, light decorating to full gut/remodel. Below is an example of our projects and representation of our style.
2007-2008:
Challenge: With the real estate market slowing, a well decorated home will more than likely sell faster than an empty home. The 5FiftyFive condo developers sought our services for decorating the remaining units owned by the development company to appeal to a more urban buyer after recognizing that buyers were having difficulty visualizing the use of space in large penthouse condos.
2007:
Private Residence - Austin, TX
Challenge: A space located in a highrise building with an unusual layout had to be decorated in a way to make the oversized spaces in the condo usable.
2006:
Penthouse Loft - Austin, TX
Challenge: The owner of this unique penthouse loft wanted a full remodel to accomodate his growing family. Our job was to separate open spaces in this contemporary building using the highest quality materials while creating a child safe home. (For privacy reasons, only drawings are shown).
