Designed in 1952 by Harry Bertoia as part of five wire pieces for Hans & Florence Knoll. Part of what became known as the Bertoia Collection for Knoll, the Diamond Chair is a fluid sculptural form made from a molded lattice work of welded steel.
Created in 1950 by Italian architect and designer Franco Albini, the Gala Lounge Chair is made from woven cane in an exact miniature replica by Vitra Design Museum.
Chair No. 654 W by Jens Risom was created as part of a series completed in the 1940's as the first designer commissioned by Hans Knoll. Incorporates the natural aesthetic characteristic of Scandinavian design, made of woven cotton webbing and wood.
